根本上来说，我认为长远思考才能做到不可能的事情。积极主动地取悦客户，赢得他们的信任，这能从客户那里获得更多的业务。即使在新的商业领域也是如此。用长远的眼光来考虑，让客户和股东的利益保持一致。
