译文：有志向的人处理事情，只会注重事情的对与错，不会考虑事情会给自己带来祸患还是福分。品行高洁的人著书立说，以公平客观为准绳，尤其看重精准周祥。赏析：我们待人接物，立身处世只要公平公正公开，实事求是，不以个人的好恶行事，别人就不会有怨言，自己就不会有祸患。
译文：教育小孩子应当严厉对待，严厉的态度能平定孩子心中的浮躁之气；对待小人应当用敬待的态度，敬待的态度可以感化其心中的邪气，即使感化不了，也可使自己免于被其所害。
利润和目的可以共存。一个成功的企业也必须成为向善的力量。
