如果有自己的长处，就会有自己的追求；如果能让自己发挥出来并得到相应的报酬，就会得到所想要的。这句话表明了人要有志向和追求，不要为了个人方便而牺牲他人和社会进步。墨家倡导和谐社会的思想也被后世视为仁爱思想。它强调人在实现自身价值的过程中，在不断追求和实现自身价值的同时也应当实现他人和社会的价值。这也即是墨子所说的“取之于人而用之于人”。

如果死者有未完成的事，他们就不会安息。
