出自唐代龙牙居遁禅师《偈颂并序·其四十三》，意思是我虽然以花木水果为食，以树木草皮为衣，但我的心境却像那高悬夜空的明月一样，清澈而宁静；我一生不妄求、不计较、不执着，人到无求品自高，人到无念便安闲。一生无念，并不是放弃追求，而是一种放下执着，放下无谓的忧虑，放下不切实际的幻想，心无旁骛的生活态度。人生有许多不可知的偶然，或许在放下的瞬间，就会有意想不到的新天地。
