译文：有权有势的人，即使对至亲好友也会作威作福，可他们哪里知道权势就像过眼云烟一样，转瞬之间就会消亡不见。奸佞邪恶之人，哪怕是在平地也要兴风作浪，他们哪里知道天地间自有神明，不会听他们颠倒黑白的。赏析：当一个人有权有势之后，懂得收敛锋芒，低调做人，未免不是给自己积福。那些奸佞的小人，喜欢无中生有，见风使舵，可这样的人不会猖狂很久，上天自有惩处他们的时候。
