I'm very proud to be black, but black is not all I am. That's my cultural historical background, my genetic makeup, but it's not all of who I am nor is it the basis from which I answer every question.

It’s possible that a not-so smart person， who can communicate well， can do much better than a super smart person who can’t communicate well. That is good news because it is much easier to improve your communication skills than your intelligence.

I'm not a person who believes in regrets. I believe in living in the moment and making the most of it.
