Sometimes we get sad about things and we don’t like to tell other people that we are sad about them. We like to keep it a secret. Or sometimes, we are sad but we really don’t know why we are sad, so we say we aren’t sad but we really are.

“让一步风平浪静，退一步海阔天空”，让步不一定是懦弱，退步不一定是退缩，换个方向，寻求更为有利的支点才是最重要的。宽以待人，得饶人处且饶人，当你包容别人的时候，其实也就放下了自己的成见，就会少了一份纠结，这何尝不是另一种福分呢？利人才会真正利己，人都是相互的。

人们应该追求他们热爱的事情。这会让他们比任何其他事情都更快乐。
