【译文】 孔子说：“老好人是败坏道德的人。”
出自先秦《荀子·非相》。察看一个人的外貌，不如用心体察他的心理；体察他的心理，不如考察他做事的方法。说明对人的考察应当重视其内心与做事的方法，而不应该停留在外表的体貌特征上。
