译文：高兴时说的话大多会丧失信用，愤怒时说的话大多会失大体。赏析：人在得意时容易忘形，说话无所不谈，此时说的话往往失真。人在极度愤怒时，思维混乱，言行大多不理智。所以，我们要防止在高兴时言多有失，防止愤怒时言多失态。
