译文：事情到了难以处置的时候，只要能退让一步，就会很容易解决的；事业将要成功的时候，如果放松懈怠，便会功败垂成。赏析：我们在处事的时候，如果面临进退两难的境地，只有学会退让便能海阔天空。明知不可为而为之，事情将相持不下。一件事情在将要成功时，就要更加小心谨慎，防止意外发生，导致事情功亏一篑。
