【原文】子夏为莒父宰，问政。子曰：“无欲速，无见小利。欲速则不达，见小利则大事不成。”【译文】子夏到莒父做地方长官，问怎样为政。孔子说：“不要只求速成，不要贪图小利。想求速成，反而达不到目的；贪图小利，就做不成大事。”
